Phasing analysis on DRO with impulsive maneuver

The cis-lunar periodic orbit exhibits some unique dynamic characteristics. Among them is the distant retrograde orbit, which has long-term stability and one of ideal candidate deployment orbits for space stations deep-space exploration transfer stations. Orbiting, rendezvous, docking are among flight operations involved in station on-orbit construction, material supply, spacecraft monitoring, other tasks. Suitable initial conditions can be created these by shortening relative distance between through phasing. In this study, characteristics a two-impulse phasing on (DRO) summarized, its ability globally analyzed. Based analyses, optimization problem was presented solved. Using DRO’s characteristics, DRO multi-impulse rolling solution method presented. For accuracy purposes, determination error also considered method. simulation analysis performed using circular restricted three-body (CR3BP) model ephemeris model. Compared with results phasing, reduces offset end position from hundreds to tens kilometers. This result satisfies requirements subsequent operations. total pulse requirement two models within reasonable feasible range.
